Hi, Cida, I never used a grammar or spell checker, but the ones I tried online have
For example, sometimes you type "I like making business with you"/I like doing business with you" and they go undetected. Or you put "I like dong business with you and" and it doesn´t suggest changing to "doing" like Google does.
Still worse, when it comes to words that need context like "agree on/agree with/agree to"; so they will need a human proofreading.
Once, a friend of mine got a translator and pasted a technical text and in a certain part it reads "Memory RAM" wich the translator promptly translated into "memória carneiro"! So, no suggestion given, and my friend gave up the translation on spot...
Anyway, in this case, I believe paid softwares might deliver...or at least are supposed to.
Continue asking to people in the know, somebody that use some of these.
I will keep my eyes peeled for any comment of yours, when you get one good Spell Checker, please comment here, okay?
