Thanks again for such prompt answer, but would just selecting "I don´t know" be considered an answer? 

Doesn´t the author mean that not all questions need be answered, therefore, just clicking "I don´t know" would mean "I won´t answer this one", right?

Surely clicking/selecting an alternative is "answering", not leaving it in blank, but I guess it IS NOT what the author understands as "ANSWERING". Am I right or mixing it all up?

I´m trying to get the message conveyed between the lines. Tricky, I think. I´m likely to choose "both statements are correct". Dunno.
