First, I would like to point some small faults on your post. I’m not being picky or anything, just a little heads up, I hope you don’t mind.
“the company who I work with” the company which/that I work for. (or, a person I work with).
Now to the question.
I’ve heard some expressions like, “Shame on you” – Tenha vergonha!
In the meaning you might be looking for can be something like “It’s a shame you can’t come with us” meaning “E uma pena que voce nao pode vir conosco.”
Just remember the word “shame” is a noun and also a verb.
