Mensagem:  I liked your translation.  It's great for young audiences.  Older audiences may not understand "rocks".

Baby doll = sweetheart, darling, sweetie, honey, baby, etc.  I don't recall hearing a man called "baby doll", but there is no reason not to use it when addressing a man.

It can be shortened to "baby" or "doll", both can be used when speaking to a man or a woman..
Who loves me?  Who's my baby?  (You don't really mean "infant".  You mean sweetheart, boyfriend, girlfriend, honey, darling, etc.)
You are such a doll!  (This could mean "pretty, generous, helpful, kind, thoughtful, etc.")



Yes, it is also a kind of pijamas for young women.
