Hi Jefferson, welcome to the club!
To a certain degree I am one self-taught guy as well.     That is, I never set foot in an English course, but I had basic English lessons at the public schools.

It was an instant passion, I got the bug of learning it to this day!

Anyway, I took a conversation English course when I lived in Rio, and I was regarded as one of the sharpest knives in the drawer!

Hmm, it seems like I am able to deceive some teachers and classmates as well, hehe.

Obviuosly I don´t fool myself, I know that there´s a vast body of knowledge and situations to go.     If I had to grade myself from 0-10, I would say I am a 6 right now, that´s why you can spot many mistakes in my texts, there is much ahead...

On the other hand, who doesn´t slip sometime? more so, if you have don´t live in an English speaking area.  But I believe in this saying "where there´s a will there´s a way".

Still, you know, we are Brazilians and we never give up!

Here, some posts of mine, where I stated my self-made man studying condition, tough I am not advocating this method of studying.     In fact, the board is a sample of "the variety is the spice of life", here you can see people with Master Degree (like Jazz), teachers (Breck, Pat, Jazz and others) and so on and on.

If someone has some money and can take lessons with a good teacher/tutor, do it, please.
