Mensagem:  Danilo, in that case, I don't think there is a specific word for "cisco" in English.  We would say something like:  I had something in my eye.  If you Google for "something in my eye", you will be amazed by the results.  If you know exactly what it was (eyelash, grain of sand, etc.), then you would give the specific name of the particle.
