Assunto:  a phrase of Adele's song

Mensagem:  While I was listening the Adele's song 'Someone like you' I couldn't figure out what that part means :

"I hate turn up out of the blue univited, but I couldn't stay away
I couldn't fight it
I wanted some more land and thought you'd be reminded that for me it isn't over..."

Acctually I didn't not understand what the highlited phrasal verb means (is it 'turn out' or 'turn up'? blue univited ?)

I hope someone will help me....
