3. Ross says: "Aruba, this time of year... talk about your... big lizards". Why does he say "talk about your"?

This is a colloquial way to introduce a new subject.
How was the beach?
Talk about hot. The sun almost roasted me alive.

 

In the northeastern region of Brazil the colloquial equivalent to "talk about (something) is "pense num/numa" etc.

 

This way, it would be translated into "pense nums lagartões! "   and the Dale´s example would be "pense num calor!" (all of them with the due exclamation way of speaking...usually with more emphasis in the "pense")
