Travel expenses or travel costs.
Yet, I personally like to think of travel expenses as the ammount of money that you already spent (so others can have a ballpark figure), whereas the cost would be more general and it would be more based in the expectancy of spending.
Let´s say, if you go to an island where you only reach there by plane it have to be more costly, if you go to Rural Brazil it´s less expensive so the cost travel is less. Altough, the more rural you go, the more days you travel, then you have to find a balance here.
Anyway, you can use them interchangeably.
