Thanks for noticing, Josi.  I agree in part.

Yep, they are, since it would be used the infinitive verb DID YOU EVER hear...et cetera.

 


However both may be used, of course in different contexts. At least in British English, I couldn´t assure that the American one would be the same way, but I think it is.

Thus, my examples were grammatically wrong.  Yet, the usage of both ways DID and HAVE don´t exclude one another, since there will be different usages here.

Let me know if I am wrong, because my mind is not that good these days.
