The expression "only to yourself" as per definition of Essential English Dictionary, goes "you have somewhere to yourself when you are the only
person person there" - I have the house only to myself this weekend."
Maybe it´s the case, the author used by analogy a figure of speech here, meaning that "the heart is only to yourself" (of course, he omitted the "yourself" bit, replacing by "you".
Musicians and poets don´t have to stick to grammar, anyway, it´s my hunch here.
The second one, means that "if something is for someone it to be given or used by them. As per definition of Essential English Dictionary, Chambers/Martins Fontes.
