Imagine Costa Rica. We do not have addresses here. I have lived on this street for more than six years. If it has a name, I have no idea what it is. In fact, I do not know the names of any of the streets in the city or if they have names. None of the buildings have numbers.
I live "From the Super Yurusti store, 50 meters to the west." But not really. Here "100 meters" one block, no matter how long or short it is. "Fifty meters" merely means "somewhere in the middle of the block". Nicaragua has the same inefficient "non-system".
