Assunto:  The use of 'do'
Do in your examples does not change the meanings, but it does add emphasis.  A common alternative to "do" is "certainly", and you will also find "certainly do".

1)  I definitely do believe.
     I certainly believe.
     I certainly do believe.
     I definitely believe this.

2)   I agree with it.
      I do agree with it.
      I certainly agree with it.
      I  certainly do agree with it.

3)   I believe in love.
      I  do believe in love.
      I certainly believe in love.
      I certainly do believe in love.

If you don't feel the emphasis, read and listen more.  The more you read and hear it in context, the more you will own the nuances,
