Can be said in several ways (context is needed, of course):
Dissenting opinion, losing vote, a vote against the winning proposal (the vote being mine, yours, from somebody else)
eu fui voto vencido - I lost the poll (in a polling made among friends to do something...)
In a more colloquial way you could say "I went against the grain", it means "eu fui contra a maré/na contramão da tendência/contra a corrente. Depending on wether the crowd won or not it qualifies you as a "voto vencido" In some contexts one can go against the grain, but be the "winner", that´s why I warn about context here.
