PPaulo makes a very good point in suggesting a question rewording.
When you create a question it is important to check if it has the following elements placed in the correct order:
Wh- question word, helping verb, subject , main verb (base form) + the rest of the sentence.
If you want to find out the subject or who did an action you need to follow this pattern:
Wh- question word, main verb (use appropriate verb tense) + the rest of the sentence.
If you don't need or don't have a Wh - question word then the question is called Yes/No question, and these are generally easier to set in order.
