I'd like to know how to say in Portuguese the following expressions:
The bridge swayed and buckled.
The amplitude of motion.
The enginners noticed a twisting.
The centerline of the road.
Midpoint of the bridge.
All new bridges have been modeled in wind tunnels.
These sentences are from a text about Tacoma Narrow Bridge. I understood the meanings, but I need to know them according to the civil engineering.
Thanks a lot!
