Mensagem: 

"Have a good one!" is generally used as a form of farewell, referring to the rest of the morning or afternoon, or perhaps the weekend.  It would sound strange at night.


0900  I will see you tomorrow.  Have a good one.  (OK)


1400  I need to leave now.  Have a good one.  (OK)


Thank God it's Friday.  Have a good one.  See you on Monday.  (OK)


2100  Good night!  Have a good one!  (O que???  O que acha que vou estar fazendo a essas horas?)
