I will be satisfied if those kids can speak a degree of English/some degree of English by December.
The other chunk that was changed:
In many countries around the world, students learn how to speak English in their regular schools. I wish this was true here in Brazil too. I would be happier if students had this level of learning at our public schools.
don't like the fact that there are so many private language institutions around.
