I think that  to translate "relaxa e goza" it is essential to know what the phrase means (signifies).

It seems that "relaxa e goza" is always used in a context where the phrase comands acceptance ( aceitar, aceitacao).

Marta Suplicy told people to " relaxar e gozar" while they wait for delayed filghts at airports. She meant to say that instead of getting upset and protesting the passenger(s) should accept the situation instead of getting mad and protesting.

So an english equivalent for "relaxa e goza" would be " let it slide".

Let is slide means " deixa escorregar" or " deixa pra la" or "aceite pq melhor isso do que se frustrar".

I think it is a terrible mentality, a terrible phrase ( tao subserviente se vc for pensar bem).

So Marta Suplicy , How can I say this gently ? go F**k yourself.
