Mensagem:  to get under one's skin = to irritate someone (Slang.)

"All the loud music and smoke finally began to get under Schultz's skin. (The loud music and [cigarette/cigar/marijuana] smoke simply became unbearable for him. He couldn't take it any longer. So he left, his hands fumbling his pockets--ironically enough--for a smoke.)"

BTW since I stopped smoking, both Souza Cruz and RJReynolds, two of the major tobacco companies in Brazil, have experienced a slight loss on their net income. Cachaça makers Pitú and Caninha 51 would shut down if they ever depended on me. And on you.
