Mensagem:  What Dale said BUT rubrica takes no accent. Aurélio Dictionary says /roo-brEE-ca/. (With the EE fully stressed.) Or so help me English.

Same goes for ruim. I've heard a lot of people incorrectly pronouncing it /rOO-eam, ~eem/. Some book on linguistics says speakers should pronounce it /roo-eam, ~eem/ for not crying out so loud, at least.

No quick resentment, okay?
