Assunto:  the jury is still out ...
 
Mensagem:  At the end of a trial, the case is given to the jury to decide.  While the jury is reaching a decision, it is said "the jury is out".  We use the expression to mean "people are still forming opinions, there has been no common agreement, a final decision has not yet been reached, the matter is still being discussed, etc."
