||DO NOT MISUNDERSTAND ME AT ALL!
Let me make it clearer then:
I was browsing Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary when I came across this expression with its meaning and example, which I got crystal clear.
I just wondered whether it was still being used currently in the US or not?
I wanted to know if it sounded natural or if you guys had ever heard it yourselves.
having two kids (a boy who's 5 and a baby girl who's only 5 months old) I'm interested in getting acquainted with vocab. concerning children. that's it.
