Assunto:  the comparative or superlative form?

I don't know what you mean. In any case I would say as follows:

 

My house is farther (or further) down the street.

Or

My house is the farthest (or furthest) on the street.

Or

My house is further (or farther) than yours.

 

I still do not see any problem, they can be used interchangebly. Maybe one may sound a little strange,but...
