You'll hear "I'm good" to mean "I have no questions, I'm satisfied, I don't need anything, etc."

"I'm good to go" is a slang way of saying "I am ready/prepared."
How are you plans coming along, Bill?
I'm good to go. (I'm ready to start, leave, go, do it, etc.)
