  http://www.thefreedictionary.com/hang+about

hang about or around
Verb
1. to stand about idly somewhere
2. (foll. by with)to spend a lot of time in the company (of someone)

Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields.
Nothing is real and nothing to get hung about.
Strawberry Fields forever.

My loose translation would be something like this:

''Deixe-me levar você, porque eu vou (trabalhar nos) aos campos de morango.

Nada é real e não há nada para fazer companhia.

Só campos de morango (até dar uma dor.) para sempre/até onde a vista alcança.

Let´s wait somebody with more expertise, okay?

For the time being, you have the general idea.

 PP.

P.S. I never could see your message, it went blank every time. So I have had to see by making a search. Hence, the opening of a new thread.
