Mensagem:  Tiago, how do you get the dry crumbs to stick to the food?  As I recall, with milanesas you make a mixture of eggs and milk.  You dip the meat into the mixture, then you put the meat in a plate/dish/bag with crumbs.  The eggs/milk keep the crumbs attached to the meat long enough for you to cook the meat.  The crumbs are now part of the meat.  But how about dry crumbs?
