Mensagem:  You drink chocolate milk but you eat normally milk chocolate.  The former is a drink (milk plus cocoa or powdered chocolate) and the latter is often a bar or piece of chocolate candy.  If you do a "Google" you will see what I mean.  (milk chocolate = chocolate + milk + sugar)

How do you take your coffee, Andrea?
With milk, please.  No sugar.  I'm watching my figure.
Frank?
Black with sugar.0
Mary?
Lots of milk and two sugars.
Liz?
Just milk.
Billie, do you take your coffee with milk?
Yes, I'd like a coffee with milk, please.

I'd like three coffees, please.  One with milk, no sugar.  One with milk and just a little sugar.  One black with a sugar substitute, if it's not too much trouble.

Hot chocolate can be made with hot water or hot milk.
