There are several types of courts, civil, criminal, federal, Municipal.

For example, there´s a Federal Court in Sao Paulo, so, it is  São Paulo state´s Federal Court...

 

In general, you can refer to the court you cited, just the way you said.

It´s up to you to put it in English or Portuguese (while translating), I think.
