Not which or...
You open up the defining / non-defining relative clause can of worms
Are you saying all those days were happy because none of them were burdened with worry?
Or only those childhood days that were worry-free were happy ones?
Rather than which or when, don’t you want 'as/because'
My childhood days were happy, because I had no worries.
