Either = Concordar com coisas positivas e negativas
I love blue. I love it either.

I don't like apple. I don't like it either.

Neither = Concordar com coisas negativas.
I don't like blue. Me neither.

 

I believe that "I love it either" should read "I love it too" or "me either".

 

Speaker A. I love blue.

Speaker B. I love it too / Me either

 

Sp.A. I don't like plain chocolate cake, I love it with ice-cream

Sp.B. I love it either way.
