Who is going to check your resume? A native speaker of English or a Brazilian at the HR department?
If a native speaker of English will read it, I'd go with
working knowledge of Spanish
working - adequate for practical use; especially sufficient in strength or numbers to accomplish something; "a working knowledge of Spanish"
Foreign languages skills. Levels of proficiency may include basic or working knowledge, reading/speaking/writing only (as apply), or "proficient in," "fluent in," bilingual, and native speaker.
