P31: Half past six is correct, but six thirty is probably used more often.
P39: These are my children and not that's my children. Also, all the that's should probably be replaced by this is in the examples.
P40: Roasted chicken
P41: Alcoholic beverage, liquor
P42: Vodka, It's very strong, to fill, to chill, to measure
P46: Filet mignon. About meat temperature, I'd suggest to add a few:
Blue, Rare, Medium rare, Medium, Medium well, Well done.
P59: Vanilla, Chamomile, Chives or scallion (not sure), Coriander or cilantro.
P65: Grill-roasted, spit-roasted, to roast, to strain, cozido = cooked, cozinhar = to cook
P67: Acido = Acidic, Picante can be spicy, Sweet and sour
P74: Opener = corkscrew, corkscrew and not corckscrew, knife sharpener
P76: Broom and not buth
