According to Raymond Murphy's English Grammar in Use (page 36 entry C)


"I used to do something is past. There is no present form. You cannot say 'I use to do'.To talk about the present, use the present simple ( I do)." 


I don't know about other varieties that might use 'I use to do' and/or if it is really used but not accepted in grammar books.
