Mensagem:  Not once have I heard of a slumber party for boys.  Check again what I wrote and what Merriam-Webster states.

A sleepover is not the same as a slumber party.  The term just means that one or more children are spending the night in another home.  If a grandchild spends the night with his or her grandparents, for example, it would qualify as a sleepover.
