Eu gostaria de saber se existe o substantivo "orientedness". 

No, that's not a word in English. That doesn't sound natural either. 

Por exemplo: He is result-oriented. Eu poderia dizer: One of his qualities is "Result-orientedness"?

Result-oriented is correct but result-orientedness doesn't exist.

He/She's a result-oriented person/individual.
