Not so fast!
What I brought here is, say, an explanation.
A way of showing to an English speaker that we have an specific account to
charge one, when somebody (wether deliberately or not) murder another person.
In other words, it is the way Brazilian Laws see it (and deals with this sort of crime). So you could translate this way to an American, British or Canadian national (for knowledgement´s sake).
I can´t speak for, e.g. the US Laws; firstly because the laws there vary from state to state. Second, they may deal with the two accounts separately. Or even regard the murder, while a robbery is made, as an aggravating cirscumtance; don´t know for certain.
Even because, in the US, a murder begets another murder (death row, if you understand what I mean). Anyway, many times you can´t translate plain Portuguese into English, maybe it is one of these cases.
