I've been helping a friend with his English and although he's got a good vocabulary he has poor concentration, he has studied English for 10 years, he lived in the U.S. for 7 years but when he speaks English his accent is very distracting even annoying. He'll pronounce badly and the funny thing is that after 5 times or so he'll get the right pronunciation. But he never seems to get right the first time. He's an adult and his sentences are very scattered around
making it hard to follow what he's trying to say. Just imagine how hard it would be for a native speaker to understand him.
How can I help him so that he'll be able to remember to say it right the first time? Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot to all of you!
