Assunto:  Yank vs. Yankee (To Dale)
 
Mensagem:  Hi there.

Would you be somehow offended if you were called/referred to as a "YANKEE"?
Would "YANK" be more appropriate instead? Why?
What about "gringo"? Is it commonly used on a everyday basis? Does it sound pejorative?
