Employee/Employment Status.

1.  All Permanent and Temporary Employees
1.1   All active and inactive employees (Excluding on-leave)
1.2   Active Employees (Including On-leave)
1.3   Inactive Employess Only
1.4   On Leave Employees Only

Within inactives status_ the employees out by termination reasons of retirement, death, and dismissal. (?)
Don´t know, because after retirement you are, likely, in  the payroll...maybe a different case with the cases of death...In Brazil, after having being retired, you are paid by the INSS. Of course, you paid for that, and your return is lower than expected (you paid more, and now is to earn less...)
