  I found these ones, they are preliminary educated guesses (rough diamonds here!).

  Sometimes they aren´t exact synonyms but a way to refer to the condition, you know, gas may have differente origins and come along with other symptoms.

  Dale, check it out, please.  

 

 

He has gas and stomach pain.
He was feeling gassy.
He has a lot of gas.
He has gas pains.
He is suffering from gas
He has severe gas problems.
He have a problem with excessive stomach gas/intestinal gas.
He has abdominal/chest pains caused by gas.
He complains of gas and upset stomach...
He has a stomach ache gas
He´s feeling gas and stomach discomfort caused, perhaps by fructose/lactose etc...
He has stomach pain, maybe be related to gas...
