Some options I've thought of:
1-) You can simply say hugs and kisses;
2-) You could say the letters as you would when saying the alphabet: x =/eks/ o=/ou/ (what do natives or people living among natives say about this?);
3-) In the AT&T voice synthesiser ( http://www2.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php ) I got something like /dJóksou/ but something tells me that not the way a native would say xoxo.
