- Hello EveryBody para Hello EveryOne.
Both are pretty much the same, except that are spelled "Everybody" and "Everyone".

- Firstly para In First
He come in first = he won, came in first place. Are the uses that snapped to my mind.
Firstly, hmm, I would rather use "in the first place.../first", but perhaps Firstly can be used, I leave the explanation to the other participants.

Qual está correto:
You need to open a new document in notepad.

Yeah, you may need to open a new document/arquive/file in a word processor/editor (generally speaking).   If you are talking about the word editor (program) Notepad, you

must say ''You need to open a new document in Notepad", capital N.

You might (poderá, tem a possibilidade) to open a new document in Notepad/Wordpad/Word/Write (the word processor of the free suite BrOffice).

You need to open a new document on notepad.
You only can open a new document on a notepad, if you are on, in touch with the surface of the notepad or over it (um bloco de notas gigante, no qual você está em cima).     I think it isn´t the case.

   Hope it helps.
