Mensagem:  Eu coloquei 10 reais de crédito no meu celular, mas já usei tudo.

I put ten reais of credit on my cellular, but I've used it all.
I put ten reais of credit on my cellular, but I've used it up.
I put ten reais on my cell, but I've used it all.

Are English speaking foreigners in Brazil saying "reais" or "reals"?  I don't remember.

Due to the context, "of credit" is a little redundant.  "Of credit" can be shortened to "credit".
I put ten reais of credit on my cellular = I put ten reais credit on my cellular = I put ten reais on my cellular

cellular = cell
I've used it all = I've used it all up = I've used everything = I now have a zero balance
