The more you "get in touch" with the language the more you learn. Always you can, you might to practice listening, reading, speaking in English.
Don´t be afraid of making mistakes, learn from them and with them.
Get in touch with people that know English, there are always a friend, a teacher, a course, a native, a genuine and interested learner around the corner. Not far away.
Where there´s a will there´s a way.
These days (and nowadays) I would add a piece of advice, be careful with spending too much with English (to the point of not choosing good material on the subject, just buying everything); but don´t try to learn everything for free. Most of time the free lunch has a "push comes to shove" quality in it.
Pick the sites of English learning, have you noticed the profusion of ads, pops ups, the superficiality and the lack of quality in the answers in them? what about the lack of proofreading? and the list would go on and on...
