Please, how do you say "Você come tudo o que vê pela frente?" in English. It's about people who eat a lot of food, junk food, like hamburgers, sodas, chocolates etc.

Is it acceptable to say?:


A. "Do you eat everything you see ahead?" I don't know if I can use the word ahead in this context.


B. "Do you eat everything in sight?" I found see in sight on the Internet, but I am not sure if it has the sense I am looking for.
