"We´ll manage to overcome our fears through the approaching promising years"
up and coming years = in the future likely to be successful, profitable, noteworthy, famous, etc.
I find this sentence rather odd. I would expect "up and coming" to refer to a person.
"She met Santos-Dumont when he was still an up and coming young inventor."
