There's also 'marmitex' in Brazil which is a round foil food container. Marmitex is a version of 'prato feito' to go.
In the U.S. I've seen that round foil food container being used more by Mexican restaurants.
In restaurants where you can take you left-overs home the servers will bring you a small styrofoam box as courtesy. Some restaurants place their take-out items in those styrofoam boxes.
McDonald's uses a paper box for BigMac's, chicken nuggets, and they place those boxes inside a paper bag.
