Interesting the way housing issues are adressed in different countries, specially in times like these.
In Japan they decreased the size of houses, in the US they (mainly banks and realtors) forced people to go out and live in cars and in relatives overcrowded houses...the big estates got the lowest prices ever and remained empty for months.
It seems that English citizens are buying property in Spain while house´s prices sky-rocketed.
China is already taking measures on this issue (there were people that bought two, three houses...)
