Mensagem:  I regret to inform you that I am unable to live up to the high standards you have set.  LOL

If said within moments of winning, I agree that "I win!" sounds more natural than "I won!"  Again, the victory must be in the recent past.  If you walk around saying "I win!" in reference to a game you won an hour ago, people are going to stare at you and shake their heads.  And the same goes for "You lose!" 

Nice to find your name, Maria Walleska.  It has been a long time.
